Homemade recipe:


3/4 cups of vegan mayonnaise, 3/4 cups of bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 14 oz of tofu.

Add the mayonnaise to a small bowl. In another bowl, combine the bread crumbs, nutritional yeast, paprika, and garlic powder.

Preheat the oven to 400 ºF .

Slice the tofu in half to form two thinner slabs.

Wrap the tofu in paper towels and place a heavy object on top. Let drain for 10 minutes.

Slice the drained tofu into cubes.

Coat the tofu cubes in mayonnaise and coat in bread crumb mixture.

Place nuggets on a wire rack over a baking sheet.

Bake for 40 minutes.

Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
