• Heavy cream.
• Whole milk.
• A pinch of salt.
• Vanilla bean( or vanilla extract).
• Egg yolks.
Combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a medium saucepan. Split vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape in seeds add ( or use vanilla extract).Bring mixture just to a simmer, stirring to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat. Let your mixture cool down in freezer for several hours and serve with chopped almonds&pistachios (for garnishing).
