Easy recipe of Kulfi Falooda

• Falooda vermicelli soaked.
• Milk.
• Store bought kulfi.
• Almonds (garnishing).
• Cashew nuts (garnishing).
• Pistachios (garnishing).
• Castor sugar.
• Subza soaked.
• Strawberry (garnishing).
• Rose syrup.
• Raisins (garnishing).

• To make the rabri, heat milk in a non-stick pan till it thickens.
• Add almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios and castor sugar, mix well and cook till the mixture reduces to half.And then refrigerate to chill.
• Place a portion of falooda in individual glass mugs. Add subza, top with some kulfi cubes and strawberry. Pour some prepared rabri.
• Garnish with almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts.

• Serve Cold Kulfi Falooda Immediately & Enjoy!
