Curious to try making Indian food at home? Try Chicken Masala Tikka

Ingredients:
• Canola oil.
• Fresh ginger chopped pieces.
• 4 cloves chopped garlic.
• 2 chopped serrano pepper.
• Salt.
• Boneless chicken pieces.
• Plain yogurt.
• According to your taste; (chili powder,ground turmeric, crushed cumin seeds, sweet paprika, garam masala).

Carefully Follow the Instructions:
• Take ginger, garlic and serrano pepper with a pinch of salt and turns them into a paste. In a bowl, combine the ginger, garlic paste and (chicken, salt, yogurt, chili powder, turmeric, cumin seeds, paprika and garam masala). Chill, covered, for up to 2 hours (for the juicy flavor of Chicken Tikka).
• Preheat oven to 400F°. Grease two rimmed baking sheets with wire rack. Stir well the mixture, then distribute the pieces over the pan. Bake 20 minutes, turning around the pieces and bake for more 20 minutes

Serve your Chicken Tikka With Some Yogurt Sauce.
